Online reporting platform of the Maritim Hotelgruppe in the company for violations under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act.
The Maritim Hotelgruppe has set up a web-based platform for the confidential reporting of violations of the German Supply Chain Duty of Care Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz) within its own company and at affiliated subsidiaries. In order to fulfill our responsibility for legally compliant corporate governance, violations of the legal interests protected by the Supply Chain Duty of Care Act can be reported to our ombudsmen via this online reporting portal. Your report will first be forwarded to the ombudsmen at PKF WMS, Martinsburg 15, 49078 Osnabrück. From there, an impartial ombudsman bound to confidentiality will contact the company's designated human rights officer and discuss the report. We would also like to encourage anyone who becomes aware of a violation under the LkSG to contact the appointed ombudspersons in confidence.

Please also note our policy statement, our procedural principles and our data protection provisions, which you can view at the link below.

You can report a violation by stating your name. Such a report will be received by the PKF WMS ombudsmen appointed by us, who are experienced external lawyers bound to absolute confidentiality. Our ombudspersons will treat your concerns in the strictest confidence. Our ombudspersons will then clarify the facts of the case together with the human rights officer appointed by our company and provide you with feedback on the outcome of your report. The platform enables us to fulfill our obligation to set up an internal reporting office in accordance with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).
